Other than extra wide rumble strips placed on a road that didn't need them, this is a fairly decent shoulder. What is that up ahead though? |

First, the shoulder narrows as it approaches the intersection forcing a conflict that wasn't necessary. |

Then, the shoulder dead ends into a barrier. It is unclear what purpose this barrier serves other than to constrict the intersection. |
